About the Role
The Strategic Partnerships & Operations Lead is responsible for organizing, operationalizing, and supporting our partner relationships and initiatives. This role supports both internal clarity and external coordination — ensuring that our team knows when and how to leverage platform partnerships for revenue opportunities, co-marketing, and client outcomes.
This is a builder role. It requires someone who is organized, process-oriented, and comfortable supporting both relationship management and internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Coordination & Follow-Up
- Track partner contacts, meeting notes, follow-ups, and action items
- Coordinate partner calls, meetings, and check-ins
- Maintain ClickUp/CRM documentation for partner activity and opportunities
- Support communication with partner platform teams when needed
Operational Support & Internal Organization
- Build and document workflows that clarify how our team should leverage partners
- Create simple templates and internal resources (checklists, scripts, one-pagers)
- Coordinate co-marketing logistics (case study formatting, event scheduling, asset collection)
- Maintain clarity around partner brand guidelines and positioning requirements
Support for Sales & Client Delivery
- Ensure referral processes and partner involvement are visible and usable by internal teams
- Track partner-influenced opportunities and assist in maintaining CRM hygiene
- Support leadership in identifying relevant partner contacts based on client needs
- Help ensure partner relationships are aligned with actual client outcomes
Reporting & Visibility
- Maintain partner activity tracking and quarterly overview
- Monitor outstanding partner follow-ups and opportunities
- Keep internal dashboards or reports updated with key partnership actions and metrics
Ideal Experience & Skill Set
- Experience managing communication, follow-ups, or relational workflows in a business setting
- Highly organized and able to maintain clear systems and documentation
- Comfortable coordinating calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting next steps
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with lifecycle/email marketing platforms is a plus but not required
- Experience using ClickUp or similar tools preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
Time & Structure
- Up-to 20 hours per week
- Remote – US-based preferred
- Flexible scheduling, with occasional partner-facing call availability
- 1099 contractor structure
Compensation – 1099 (US-Based)
Hourly Range: $25–$35/hr
Final offer will depend on experience, clarity of communication, operational skill set, and ability to support future partner activation. There is structured room for growth if this role evolves into a larger partnerships function over time.
Success in the First 90 Days
- Partner contact tracking system is established and maintained
- Internal guidance documents created on how/when to leverage partners
- Key partner calls and follow-ups are organized and documented
- CRM/ClickUp tracking for partner opportunities is active
- Co-marketing or partner-facing initiative underway or scheduled
- Foundational support system is in place so leadership can build strategy
